What are the next steps after application?

Applicants are invited for a Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP), to educate them about PAUL, and Bancassurance. Motivate and persuade them into join PAUL under Bancassurance. Interested candidates undergo a three (3) day training and sit for two exams at the end of the training. Only candidates that have excelled are recruited.

 

What is the eligibility criteria?

  • Must be 18 years of age and above
  • Law abiding, Ugandan citizen with no criminal records.
  • Attained a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
  • Certificate of Proficiency qualification
  • Passed entry exams

  • Reference letter (From former employer / Local Council)

  • URA Tin number
