Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality midwifery care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services.
  • Conduct health education and counseling for mothers and families.
  • Ensure adherence to safe clinical practices and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  • Any other role as it may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified and registered Enrolled Midwife with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.
  • At least 1 year of experience in midwifery or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.

Records Assistant/Accountant (1)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical, financial, and administrative records.
  • Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
  • Generate periodic financial and records management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and record-keeping policies and procedures.
  • Support the management team with data organization and retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Records Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
