Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for insurance Direct Sales Executive. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role will be based in Kampala with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the small and medium-sized business market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
