As part of our commitment to serve our clients efficiently and expanding our talented team, we are
currently seeking a dynamic and skilled individual, to fill the following position;
Position : Administrative Assistant
Duty Station : Head Office
Job Summary :
Provide administrative, secretarial, and office management services to the company.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Attend and manage the general office welfare and administration.
2. Operate and maintain incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and effectively.
3. Draft, proof read and format letters, memos and other documents.
4. Maintain and manage the office reception.
5. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, including project documents, contracts, and
correspondences.
6. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure the office is well-
stocked.
7. Monitor and maintain daily office schedules.
8. Providing administrative support for specific projects such as gathering information, organizing
data and assisting in project coordination among others.
9. Supervise the tidiness and orderliness of office premises.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of an Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Social Works
and Social Administration, or any other related field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
• Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in a similar or related position in a reputable organization. Competencies (Abilities and personal attributes)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of integrity, resilience, and reliability.
• Management, team building, and organizational skills.
• Good customer care skills and time management
• Ability to beat deadlines, belief in quality work, and work under minimum supervision.
• Reliable in terms of confidentiality, timeliness, and thoroughness in carrying out tasks
