Job Purpose
The Senior Manager HR Business Partnering is strategic liaison between HR and the business charged with leading a team of HR Business partners assigned to the various business units/departments. To work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience
- A master’s degree in any business-related field is an added advantage
- Atleast 5 years’ practical and progressive experience in an HR role at a managerial level in a reputable organization, preferably in a Banking or FMCG.
- Effective communicator with proven leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Good Business Acumen
- Report writing skills
