Reports to: Director- Banking Operations
Job Purpose
To lead the strategic planning and project governance for the bank and define the project
management methodologies to manage projects. To standardize best practices and oversee
related business administration, risk management and change management.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least 8 years’ work experience in a relevant field with managerial experience of at least 3 years.
- Effective communicator with proven leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills and experience
- Top-notch program and project management, testing and delivery experience, demonstrable track-record of at least 4 years within the domain.
- Strong analytical and problem management skills
- Clearly evidenced experience of managing program budgets for strategic projects
- Prior experience within the Financial Services, Telecoms, Big Tech, FinTech and FMCG sectors would be a clear advantage.
- Minimum of a first degree in related science or numerate subjects
- Globally recognized change delivery management certification (e.g., PMP, PrInCE2, Agile etc.) are highly desirable or should be willing to pursue.
