Job Description
- The incumbent shall be responsible for provision of assistance to the trade / customer in regard to the file process, inspection, certificate issuance and all other related documents.
- To ensure timely resolution of concerns received through telephone, email, mail and personal visits.
- To promote and market other C&P activities to clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for a specified set of importer accounts. Reviewing and executing tasks as the result of WIP reports SR-DSR, DSR_FDR etc.
- Coordination of operations of shipments under the PAU PVoC program.
- Customer visits for onboardings, training on customer exporter portal.
- Receives and addresses phone calls, emails, mails other documents and personal visits to clients.
- Monitor and follow up of COC activities for efficient delivery of service.
- Sends communication to affiliate offices in regards to information request, corrections/amendments, discrepancies and their proper recording in the operating system.
- Provide the trade with information about any modifications in customs regulations and TFS services.
- To provide efficient and effective customer service.
- Reports to the Operation manager any important and critical issues and provides suggested actions.
- Performs duties or other responsibilities which may be assigned by the Management which is outside the specified job scope.
- At all times, comply with SGS Operational Integrity rules, Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Actively attends and actively participates in team and company meetings/assemblies.
- Informs the Management of any violation of the code of ethics and commitment to integrity that occurs in the company’s premises.
- Adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees in line with SGS policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time by Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales field, with a successful track record
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of foreign trade commerce (documentation, process).
